1. A directory, not a care provider
Carepath helps Clients understand, compare, and connect with independent osteopaths. The platform does not provide osteopathic care or guarantee a provider's claims, availability, or outcome.
2. Public profiles and provider content
Service providers author the public profiles, offerings, practice locations, credentials, articles, FAQs, testimonials, and social links they choose to publish. Providers are responsible for keeping that information accurate and for the services they provide.
3. Booking requests and Client records
A Client can send a booking request with contact details, an offering, a practice location, a preferred time, and notes. The service provider decides how to respond and owns its Client and Appointment records. A booking request is not a confirmed Appointment until the provider accepts it.
4. Provider workspace
Service providers may use onboarding, appointments, Conversations, uploads, notifications, and analytics to manage their practice. Providers must use the workspace lawfully, protect their access, and avoid publishing information they do not have permission to share.
5. Contact and changes
These terms should identify the legal entity, governing law, contact route, suspension rules, intellectual-property terms, and effective date after legal-owner review. We may update the page when the platform or its responsibilities change.
